The Company respects the privacy of users of the Service, and therefore we have detailed in this Privacy Policy the ways in which we intend to use your personal information that comes to us through and/or in connection with the Service.

  • 2. Information Collection and Use
  • 2.1. Enrollment Details

When registering for the Service, you will be asked to provide us with personal registration details, including: full name, telephone number, ID number, address, email address, credit card number, photocopy of your ID card, bank account number, and other information as required. While creating your account on the Service, you will be required to choose a password and username that will allow you to log in to your account. We may collect any information that is generated and/or uploaded to the Service, including service preferences and the location and details of the order. We intend to use this information for the following purposes: (1) personally identifying, (2) operating and supporting the Service, including completing and placing orders you place on the Service, and (3) contacting and sending mailings as set forth in Section 2.2. below, (4) personalizing the content of the Service we offer so that we can improve the Service, (5) analyzing data and statistics, and (6) complying with the law, investigating complaints, suspected fraud, or misconduct.

  • 2.2. Payment Information

At the time of booking you will have the option to pay through third party services such as credit card companies (” Payment Company“). We do not collect or store credit data, all credit data is kept encrypted and secured by payment companies that meet the strictest standards, including PCI DSS standards. If you choose to allow the payment company to save your credit card data for future reservations, you can place additional orders from the service without re-entering your credit information.

  • 2.3. Correspondence and mailing list

By registering for the Service, you authorize the Company to contact you regarding the Service and to send you e-mail messages and short message messages (SMS). We may retain correspondence and/or conversations between us and you for customer service, management, and service improvement purposes. The Company will be entitled to make any use of the information collected in the framework of your inquiries and correspondence with the Company. When using the Service, you will be able to subscribe to our mailing list, so that from time to time you will receive updates from us regarding new promotions, services and products, and other information that may be of interest to you.
