The courier entered on the website by the customer is immediately transferred to the operations manager. From there, the order is routed to the appropriate courier, along with the instructions specified by the customer in his order. On the Company’s website, the recipient’s name and signature can be seen in real time, an invoice, and a scanned and signed delivery note attached to the shipment; It is also possible to locate a shipment according to the customer’s invoice number, receive shipments by file, and a variety of other distinct technological advantages that make ongoing communication with the company easier and more advanced than ever.
