Cheetah Couriers Ltd. aims to provide the entire population, including people with disabilities, with full access to the website and its contents. The company believes in equal rights and equal opportunities to derive the same benefit from the site’s content, and therefore works to promote the accessibility of Israeli websites and make them suitable for the entire population in Israel, in accordance with the law and accessibility regulations. In addition to making the site accessible, the company’s staff is also currently undergoing training in providing accessible customer service.

Accessibility of the Website

The accessibility of the site is carried out in accordance with the Israeli Standard for Accessibility 5568 and the guidelines of the international standardization body W3C for the AA level.

Where do you activate the accessibility on the website?

In the bottom right corner of the chitadelivery.co.il website, there is an “Accessibility” button. When you click on this button, a menu will open that offers the user the variety of possible types of accessibility on the site. After selecting the desired type of accessibility, and clicking on it, the site will load in the accessible mode. To stop accessibility, click on “Cancel Accessibility” which also appears in the menu.

Deliveries to the customer’s home – carried out by cheetah drivers who undergo practical accessibility training
Deliveries to service centers – it is necessary to find out accessibility adjustments in the service centers with the business when ordering the service.
The choice of the type of service is determined by the business.

Customer Service

Customer service – provides an accessible response on the delivery site as well as on other platforms such as whatsapp, messenger and email.
All representatives undergo employee training on accessibility, inquiries are answered by the call centers in consultation with the accessibility coordinator.

Package upgrade service to your home

Cheetah offers its customers the option of upgrading home delivery for a fee.
The home upgrade service allows you to receive the delivery to your home instead of picking it up from a delivery point.
The service is for a fee that can be paid by credit card (other than Diners), Bit or digital wallet.
The estimated delivery date is according to the arrival of the packages in Israel (about 14 days after the first notice).
Due to the security situation in Israel, there may be delays in the arrival of the shipment to Israel.

Cancellation of the service

Cancellation of the service within 14 days from the date of the upgrade and as long as the package has not arrived at the ER center.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of the service + the clearing fee will be charged
Repayment within 5 days from the date the payment was received by Cheetah by a credit card company
